Seafood & More in a Day Tour

As part of the Visit Britain FOOD IS GREAT! celebrations, I am delighted to announce we have launched a brand new one-day tour of Scotland’s stunning west coast.

This memorable and delicious VIP day tells the story of Scotland’s rich and colourful food history and includes the perfect combination of magnificent foodie experiences, wonderous Scottish scenery and a visit to an iconic castle.

So what is the itinerary for this special day out with Tasting Scotland?

First we’ll journey to Scotland’s newest Smoked Salmon Smokehouse in its idyllic setting on the banks of Loch Lomond. After a unique insight on production, you’ll enjoy a delicious light tasting from their specialty range and a welcome refreshment.

Next, enjoy a wander through Luss, a beautiful conservation village on Loch Lomond.

Then we take you to savour a premium Scottish Seafood Lunch with the welcome drink and let’s face it, you really can’t eat any fresher seafood than when it is plucked straight from the tranquil loch you are sitting by!

The final stop of the day is to Inverary Castle where you are cordially invited into the magnificent home and gardens of the current Duke of Argyll for an interesting visit into the lives of this much-loved Scottish family.

You and your new found global foodie friends will arrive back into Glasgow around 17:00h, just in time to receive your momento gift of your day and start thinking about dinner (best make it a late one!).
