Tasting Scotland are official ambassadors for the SOLAwards 2018
We are delighted to announce that through her outstanding contribution to tourism in Scotland, Tasting Scotland founder Brenda Anderson has been announced as an official ambassador for the Scottish Outdoor Leisure Awards 2018.
Now in their third year, these awards are all about celebrating and rewarding the best of Scotland’s outdoor and leisure businesses. Our country is truly abundant in outstanding establishments who encourage not only tourists, but locals to get outdoors and experience the beauty of Scotland.
Brenda says “The ethos of Tasting Scotland is to create multi-sensory luxury food and drink tours of Scotland, which celebrate the rich history and legendary culture of Scotland’s cuisine, whisky, craft beer and artisan gin. When you combine our wonderful world-class larder against the backdrop of our stunning scenery you get a real taste of Scotland at its very best. Of course we couldn’t do it without the makers; the food producers, distillers, farmers and fishermen whom we visit. It is on that premise and through the synergy of what we do at Tasting Scotland that we were very happy to accept this ambassadorship of the SOLAwards 2018”.
As an Ambassador, Brenda will not only be encouraging people to get involved and vote for their favourite outdoor and leisure businesses, but she will also act as a judge of the shortlist in the best brewery/ distillery category. A category she has much experience in!
