Day 1 – Welcome on Board

  • Meet in Edinburgh (the 1 hour transfer from Glasgow / other locations can also be arranged)
  • Seafood lunch at a small picturesque fishing harbour in Fife
  • Visit and tasting at the St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Dairy
  • Your choice: whisky tasting or luxury Scottish-Italiano ice-cream tasting with time at leisure in St Andrews or a craft ale micro-brewery visit and tasting
  • Visit to an upmarket speciality food and drink farm shop
  • Check-in to your accommodation in St Andrews (for 1 night)
  • ‘Tasting menu’ gourmet dinner at the 5 star Old Course Hotel (with optional matching wines)

Day 2 – Toasting Bannockburn

  • Traditional Scottish breakfast
  • Visit to a Highland Whisky Distillery
  • Visit and guided tour of Stirling Castle
  • Visit to Bannockburn Heritage Centre
  • Journey to Edinburgh
  • Check in to your accommodation (for 2 nights)

Day 3 – A Taste of Scotland
