Trip location

DAY 1  WELCOME TO SCOTLAND –  meet in Glasgow (transfers from Edinburgh/other locations can be arranged on request)
• Dinner: A relaxed evening with some traditional Scottish fayre with a modern twist
•  overnight 4 or 5 star accommodation in Glasgow (Night 1 of 2) 

DAY 2  COOK LIKE A PRO!  – traditional Scottish breakfast
• an entertaining and relaxed hands-on cooking class with a professional chef  (lunch included) Theme: Scotland on a Plate
• evening at leisure (dinner recommendations/reservations made on request)
overnight 4 or 5 star accommodation in Glasgow (Night 1 of 2) 

DAY 3  WHISKY, LOCHS AND WEST COAST SEAFOOD – traditional Scottish breakfast
• visit and tutored tasting at a Highland Single Malt Whisky Distillery
• Champagne lunch by Loch Fyne with locally grown oysters and your choice from the lunch menu
• visit to a local micro-brewery with tour, tasting and ale & speciality cheese matching experience
• Dinner in Oban: A ‘Taste of Argyll Seafood Platter’ or ‘Surf & Turf’ by the shorefront with tranquil views over the Island of Kerrera
• enjoy a dram of whisky as the sun sets
overnight 4 or 5 star accommodation in Oban 

DAY 4  SCOTTISH HEROES – FROM THE SMOKEHOUSE TO THE BATTLEFIELD – traditional Scottish breakfast
• visit to a fish and game smokehouse with lunch tasting experience
• travel through the heart of Scotland to Stirling
• visit to Stirling Castle or the Bannockburn Heritage Centre
• gourmet dinner in a top class Michelin Star restaurant in Edinburgh
overnight 4 or 5 star accommodation in Edinburgh (Night 1 of 2)

DAY 5  OUR CAPITAL, EDINBURGH – traditional Scottish breakfast
• enjoy the Scotch Whisky Experience and view the world’s largest Whisky collection
• afternoon at leisure in Edinburgh
• Traditional Scottish folk/cabaret evening with Celtic music, highland dancing and a ‘Taste of Scotland’ dinner with wine#
overnight 4 or 5 star  accommodation in Edinburgh (Night 1 of 2)

DAY 6  ‘HASTE YE BACK’ –  Scottish breakfast
• transportation to airport/train station/your next accommodation location (Edinburgh).
