They are located 10 minutes by car from Stirling and 20 minutes from the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park in central Scotland. On the farm they are proud to care sustainably for their animals and the environment so they can grow the very best in fresh, local produce.

What to do when you have the itchy feet travel bug during lock-down
Anyone else like me with the itchy feet urge to travel so bad that it's beginning to hurt already? Here's what to do.
We are on Day 13 of Corona Virus lock-down here in Scotland. And as they say us humans always want that which we cannot have! I can't lie. As a travel planner and tour leader I am desperate to be doing what I do at this time of year. It's the start of what up to now has generally been considered Scotland's main tourism season.
I yearn to be taking first time and repeat international visitors around the country helping them to uncover Scotland's true collage of gastronomic flavours, perhaps cooked themselves in one of our culinary ...

Put simply, Scotland has launched both its first ever Food Tourism Action Plan and the 2018 Scotland Food & Drink Fortnight. Trying the local cuisine and liquid libations of a nation is one of the very best ways to experience the local culture and really get under the skin of a place. Almost ten years ago, Mr Erik Wolf described Scotland as ...
Tales and Tastings of Scotland
What does it take to create an authentic tasting event in Scotland? It’s hard to think of a better setting to deliver an informal tasting journey, exploring the fascinating story of Scotland’s iconic cuisine, than in a castle-like historic house dating back to the 15th Century.
Luckily for me the beautiful Pitfirrane House; home of the Halkett family in Dunfermline, was the location chosen by the Rotary Club of West Fife for their recent social gathering. It is certainly the most spectacular golf clubhouse in which I have had the pleasure of delivering a Scottish food tasting event.
With exceptional medieval woodwork, Flemish stained ...

Day one begins in Glasgow, recently voted the friendliest city in the world. It's as vibrant and dynamic as they come, with informal dining being the route most travelled.
